The renovations involving Villa Eden in recent months have been completed with a specific goal in mind: to further raise the Hotel’s already high standards to ensure even greater comfort for guests.
The splendid 29 suites that accommodate guests at Villa Eden have been upgraded with additional furnishings and finishes that contribute to making the environment a fascinating oasis of blissful intimacy and relaxation for the psyche and the body.
The outdoor areas also underwent changes: the imposing terrace was revisited with the help of designer Luca Miazzo, and an “outdoor” living room was set up in the beautiful park surrounding Villa Eden, which is the truest representation of the strong inclination toward nature.
Eden Healths, Villa Eden ‘s Longevity Medical Center famous for its exclusive services, has been rethought and expanded thanks in part to the contributions of Dorian Ottavian, a renowned reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeon from Treviso, and Alessandro Pasquali, an expert in preventive and aesthetic longevity medicine.
The real philosophy of this beautiful hotel is to regenerate, rest and rediscover the pleasure of being in your own skin, feeling good about your body.
On the culinary side, Eden’s Park’s organic vegetable garden, a source of wholesome ingredients and inspiration, has been further expanded to make more and more room for the centrality of nature in the kitchen and also for the creation of new courses and trails in which guests can be directly involved.
Another first is the arrival of New Chef, Marcello Corrado, at The Mindful Restaurant at Villa Eden.
Marcello Corrado, born in 1979, is Neapolitan by birth but his southern origins certainly blend with his experiences around the world and Italy.
From Rome, to Milan, via Salerno and Treviso, he deepened his extraordinary talents until landing in 2017 at Perillà in Val D’Orcia, where he earned his first Michelin star.
A promoter of seasonal, tasty cuisine with a focus on enhancing the local area, he became executive chef of Villa Eden in 2022, espousing its gastronomic mission: to offer guests a unique, tasty but above all healthy dining experience.
